Save Child Life

education

A child is a human between the stages of birth and puberty. The legal definition of child generally refers to a minor, otherwise known as a person younger than the age of majority. Child may also describe a relationship with a parent or authority figure. The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child defines a child as "a human being below the age of 18 years unless under the law applicable to the child, majority is attained earlier. Biologically, a child is anyone in the developmental stage of childhood, between infancy and adulthood. The age at which children are considered responsible for their own actions has also changed over time, and this is reflected in the way they are treated in courts of law. In the nineteenth century, children younger than seven years old were believed incapable of crime. Children from the age of seven were considered responsible for their actions. Therefore, they could fase criminal charges, be sent to adult prison, and be punished like adults by whipping, branding or hanging. Surveys have found that at least 25 countries around the world have no specified age for compulsory education. Minimum employment age and marriage age also vary. In at least 125 countries, children aged 7-15 may be taken to court and risk imprisonment for criminal acts. In some countries, children are legally obliged to go to school until they are 14 or 15 years old, but may also work before that age. A child's right to education is threatened by early marriage, child labour and imprisonment. All children go through stages of social development. An infant or very young child will play alone happily. If another child wanders onto the scene, he or she may be physically attacked or pushed out of the way. Next, the child is able to play with another child, gradually learning to share and takes turns. Eventually the group grows larger, to three or four children. By the time a child enters kindergarten, he or she is usually able to join in and enjoy group experiences. So the parents and the family can make a better child life because Parents play a crucial role in every stage of childhood and can play positive role in getting the best in education, politeness and other manner. Different groups like educators and administrators have always emphasized the role of parents in their children’s education. Parents have the right to ask questions to the teachers and principals and get involved in the child’s education process right from the elementary level to the college level. While at the school level, parents can help their child with reading, writing and homework, at the college level, parents can help in selecting the right college, and career and encourage their children to save for college education. The questions, which always remain about parents’ involvement, are does it have a positive impact on the student’s achievement, do they push their children too hard, or the effects on the behavior and attitudes on the children.

A child is the future of the world and present child may be a scientist of future. So our child life should in proper manner and Navjivan Foundation has given its importance on children since 2004 and arrange different camps in different areas. This organization has a school at Madanpur Khadar on where total 284 no. of students with Girls are 96 and boys are 188 and among this total 70 students are helpless and orphan. The mid day launch given to children by ISCON temple. We could not save child from his child rights and by proper medical treatment and good nutrition make strong their life. So parents have duty and proper rule to save their child life. Our team always tries to awareness to be small family and for better child life.

The Navjivan Foundation has given importance on Indian sex ration and giving awareness on save girl child and to help this women society with mother. But declining sex ratio portrays our discrimination shown towards her even at the stage of birth. Often the lame excuse is women are the weaker sex! But biological evidence proves, due to the presence of two X hormones women are more resistant to diseases compared to men. Life expectancy is a proof of this ,In our country life expectancy of women is 65 whereas for men it’s only 60 years. Census recent shows our national sex ratio as 850 females for 1000 males, and this will lead to detrimental social problems if not corrected. The main reason for this is female infanticide. Gender wise abortions are on the rise. In economically developed states such as Haryana and Punjab the tendency is found to be more. Abortion though legal in our country, gender based abortion is a crime here. Strict measures should be taken for the implementation of Prenatal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation & Prevention of Misuse) Act 1994, which prohibits any prenatal diagnostic techniques and sex selective abortions. A shocking study reveals that half of the world’s malnourished children live in India owing primarily to the lack of nutritious food available to the mother. In all the critical stages, be it infancy, childhood, adolescence or the reproductive phase many women suffer malnutrition purely due to the discrimination and the narrow mindsets of the society. Let us save girls and help this world a mother full world.
